ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, in whole or in part, except as stated on the specific product or program page.

In the event of a chargeback by a credit card or similar action by any other payment provider allowed by ealpha9.in (a subsidiary of Nyasa Enterprises), or other non-payment by you in connection with your payment for the applicable service, program, renewal fee, or subscription, you agree that the product or service for which such fees have not been paid may be suspended, canceled, or terminated at ealpha9.in’s sole discretion. You remain responsible for full payment of the fee and any additional amounts owed by you.

Any attempt to charge back shall result in all collection fees, chargeback fees, subscription fees, and any legal fees becoming due to ealpha9.in by you.

We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, and other approved payment platforms in India.

There are no cancellations for the current month/term and no refunds on all products available on ealpha9.in.
